Our smart variable-frequency constant-pressure water supply equipment adopts programmable logic controller (PLC) to collect the data of real-time pressure at the outlet of pipe network. The variable-frequency speed controller will regulate the rotation speed of water pump through PID calculation. Its main characteristics are adoption of advanced technologies, high degree of atomization, safe and reliable operation and easy management and maintenance which guarantee the intellectualization of the entire control system. Before the equipment is put into operation, the operation parameters i.e. working pressure of equipment shall be set first. During operation, the pressure sensor constantly collects the signals of water pressure of water supply network and change rate of water pressure, coverts them to electrical signals and sends them to the variable-frequency control system. The control system will perform comparison and calculation between the feedback signal and the set pressure. If the actual pressure is lower than set pressure, a command is issued to accelerate the speed of water pump. Otherwise, the speed of water pump will be lowered. When the actual pressure reaches the set pressure, the water pump will be maintained at current operation frequency. Where the water pump reaches the rated rotation speed (frequency), if the pipe network pressure is still lower than the set pressure after a certain period of judgment, the control system will maintain the normal operation of the water pump and change the frequency in order to start the next water pump until the pipe network reaches the set pressure. Otherwise, if water consumption of the system is reduced, the system will issue a command to reduce the operation speed of water pump. After it’s reduced to the valid rotation speed of water pump, the water pump which is first started among all water pumps in operation will stop running. In this way, the number of water pumps in operation is reduced until the pipe network pressure is constantly maintained within the set pressure. This system will perform real-time monitoring of the flow and pressure to achieve efficient and energy-saving operation.
Non-negative pressure water supply equipment is a new type of pressurized water supply equipment launched in recent years. This equipment can be directly connected to the pipe network of running water. It supplies water at constant pressure by fully utilizing the original water supply pressure of running water and by controlling working water pumps through advanced variable-frequency speed regulation technology. One characteristics of the equipment is that it utilizes the original pressure of pipe network to achieve efficiency and energy conservation. Furthermore, negative pressure suppression technology is adopted to prevent occurrence of negative pressure during operation, thus safeguarding the safety of pipe network of running water. First, the working pressure of water use site is set based on actual conditions and the pressure of municipal pipe network is constantly monitored. When the pressure is lower than the pressure demanded by users, the micro automatic control frequency converter will be started to increase the rotation speed of water pump until the pressure of pipe network is raised to the pressure demanded by users and the water pump is controlled to operate at constant rotation speed to ensure water supply at constant pressure. When the water consumption is increased, the rotation speed will increase accordingly; when the water consumption is decreased, the rotation speed will also decrease accordingly. In this way, the pressure of water supply to users is maintained at a constant pressure. The lower the pressure of running water, the higher the rotation speed of the water pump; the higher the pressure of running water, the lower the rotation speed of the water pump. When the pressure of running water is not lower than the pressure demanded by users, the water pump will stop running. During operation, the equipment will fully utilize the original pressure of running water and keep water supply at constant pressure. During operation of the equipment, the microcomputer will constantly monitor the pressure of both municipal pipe network and the system and automatically control the vacuum suppressor and steady current compensator to restrain the occurrence of negative pressure. In this way, it not only fully utilizes the pressure of municipal pipe network but also prevents the occurrence of negative pressure. Therefore, it does not cause any adverse effect to municipal pipe network and ensures the safety of water use. This non-negative pressure water supply equipment not only utilizes the original pressure of pipe network of running water but also sufficient storage water to meeting the demand for water supply at peek time. Furthermore, it does not produce suction to the pipe network of running water.
The pressure control switch will start the water pump and water is injected into the pressure tank. With rise of water level, the air in the tank is compressed and the pressure rises. When the pressure of inlet pipe network reaches the set upper limit, the water pump will stop running. When users consume the water, the water in the tank is supplied to users under the force of compressed air. With reduction of water in the tank, the pressure is lowered. When the pressure of water is reduced to the lower limit, the control system will start the water pump and the water is injected into the tank and pipe network. In this way, automatic water supply to users at constant pressure is realized.
According to Boyle mallorca's law, the absolute pressure exerted by a given mass of gas is inversely proportional to the volume it occupies if the temperature remain unchanged. The equipment utilizes the change of pressure of compressed air in the sealed tank to regulate the pressure of water supply. In the water supply system, it mainly plays a role to boost the pressure to regulate the level of water. If there is no water in the pressure tank, the computer controller will start the water pump and the water is injected into the tank. With rise of water level, the air in the tank is compressed and the pressure rises. When the water level rises to A point, the computer controller will cause the water pump to stop running. When users consume the water, the water in the tank is supplied to users under the force of compressed air. With reduction of water in the tank, the pressure is lowered. When the water level is lowered to B point, the computer controller will start the water pump and the water is injected into the tank and pipe network. In this way, automatic water supply to users at constant pressure is realized.
TBKZ smart water pump controller is mainly used to adjust the working frequency of equipment and reduce energy consumption. Water Tank Construction
It is TIG welded by professional technicians on site. A maintenance space of no smaller than 400mm shall be reserved all around the water tank. There shall be an at least 500mm space from the top of the water tank to the roof, and the construction site shall be ensured to be clean and tidy.
Water Tank Heat Preservation
The inner layer cut-off may be PU foaming, rock wool or polystyrene, etc. The outer layer may be stainless steel plate, galvanized plate or aluminum plate, etc.

Water Tank Configuration
Configure the accessories according to the blueprint: box iron pedestal, water input, water outlet, overflow port, draining exit, vent, manhole, manhole plate (with latch), liquid level indicator, and internal and external escalators.
The advantages of the ultraviolet sterilizer include high stability of irradiation intensity, 9000h sterilization life, high transmittance quartz glass tube with a light transmittance ≥87%, and moderate unit price as compared to similar products. After the sterilization life reaches 8000h, its irradiation intensity remains stable at 253.7um, which is more stable in irradiation intensity as compared to similar domestic products. The sound-light alarm is enabled when the modulator tube is broken. The high light mirror sterilization reaction chamber design makes the sterilization intensity 18%-27% higher than similar foreign products. The sterilizing rate is able to reach 99.99%.
Both the inside and the outside of the main body of the ultraviolet sterilizer are made of 304L or 316L stainless steel. They are polished to reinforce UV light irradiance and ensure no incomplete sterilization of the sterilized objects.
The professional sterilization technology in hospitals is introduced to the sterilization in daily life under the UV sterilization principle. This application uses the damage of high frequency C-band UV light to the DNA of various microorganisms within 20-60s on indoor environment, home, vehicle, refrigerator sterilizer and industrial sterilizer. It is able to kill 99% bacteria and viruses, including: flue, hepatitis virus, e-coli, staphylococcus aureus, spores of bacillus subtilis var niger and various mildew sources and allergens, bringing people safe environment of basic necessities. It is particularly suitable for the quick surface sterilization, deodorization and air refreshing, etc. on tableware, personal and public goods, toys and other objects.
When pressurized water from the outside flows into the air sac of the air pressure tank, the nitrogen sealed in the tank is compressed. Based on Boyle Mariotte Law, when gas is compressed, its volume shrinks and pressure rises. Stop the water when the air pressure in the air pressure tank becomes equal to the water pressure. When the water is lost and the pressure reduces, the air pressure in the air pressure tank is larger than the water pressure. In this case, the air volume expands and squeezes the water out of the air sac to the system. The drainage stops when the air pressure and water pressure are equal again.
Composition of air pressure tank
The air pressure tank is comprised of four parts: tank body, air sac liner, water inlet/outlet and air supply port. The tank body is generally made of carbon steel with a coating of rust-proof baking varnish outside; stainless steel tank is also optional. The surface is the original color of stainless steel and the air sac texture is generally EPDM or butyl rubber. The precharged nitrogen between the air sac and the tank body is generally prepared before ex-factory. Customers may choose to charge or discharge based on the practical working condition upon use. In general, the precharged air pressure had better be half of the maximum system pressure.
The steady flow tank is also known as the steady flow compensator. It is a vital part of the non-negative pressure water supply equipment. Non-negative pressure tank and negative pressure tank serve to eliminate negative pressure and secondary pollution and to intelligently compensate water flow when being integrated with the municipal pipeline.
When the non-negative pressure water supply equipment is put to service, the water from the tap water pipeline flows into the steady flow tank and the air in the tank is removed from the vacuum suppressor. When the water is full, the vacuum suppressor is automatically closed. When the pressure in the tap water pipeline is higher than the set pressure, the pressure transmitter sends feedback on the pipeline pressure to the variable-frequency control cabinet. Tap water may be supplied to users directly into the user pipeline via the by-pass pipe. When the municipal pipeline pressure changes or user pipeline water consumption changes, making the pipe pressure lower than the set pressure, the pressure transmitter sends feedback on the pipeline pressure to the PID controller in the variable-frequency control cabinet to adjust the output frequency of the converter via the PID controller, start the water pump units and regulate the water pump RPM to supply water in constant pressure; if the requirements for water supply cannot be met, the control cabinet will control the startup & shutdown of multiple power frequency pumps and the RPM of variable-frequency pumps to reach the requirements for water supply in constant pressure variable.
The non-pressure water supply equipment is in series connection with the municipal pipeline and therefore will not cause over suction on the pipeline or affect the water consumption of peripheral users. To free negative pressure from the pipeline, steady flow tank is added to the non-negative pressure water supply equipment. When the water from the tap water pipeline enters the steady flow tank, the exhaust valve starts to exhaust. When the water is full, the exhaust valve is off. When the pressure of the tap water itself can meet the requirement for water consumption, the system pressure signal is sent back to the variable-frequency controller via the transmissible pressure gauge. The water pump is activated and its RPM will be automatically adjusted based on the water flow. If the water flow from the tap water pipeline is smaller than the pump flow, the water in the steady flow tank can still be normally supplied as supplementary water source. In this case, the air enters the steady flow tank through the exhaust valve and the vacuum in the tank is damaged to ensure no negative pressure in the tap water pipeline.
